yay! someone watches my scraps - it's one picture a mostly finished inked but uncolored and a finished version version. But yeah, i was just thinking about updating my Lj saying "ooops, about that block." The bad part is I usually don't go to bed until 12, and now I am stuck for something to do. LOL!

Mmm, tell me about it. I have room but no money. I colored the picture and found myself wondering about prisma markers. And I want oil pastels so I can do a picture in ~Eliphas-Levi's style

i watch everybodie's scraps, some of the people I watch put up works in progress, and this way i get to see their efforts as they build upon them.
Oil pastels, ehhh, i despise oils...I can work with them, but theyre not high on my favored medium list. I would much rather work with pastels...for that soft, chalk/ charcoal tone.

Thanks, it's a little different from my usual, isn't it?

Her face is a mask, Kabuki is set in a sort of cybertech Japan, where the Noh agents who police crime and perform assasinations are also TV stars.

I don't know this chick, but wow! Great pose! And the inking is well done too. I was scared to ink at first and then kinda jumped into it. I've been experimenting with different ways to ink. what kind of pens do you have? Mine are microns in 5 different sizes and I usually use them all.

I like microns but the Total Crafts near me never has black! So I have some of these pens called Pigment Pro and they are all right and I don't really :notice: a difference but yet, I feel in my heart that they are suspect.

Normally I use a 01, but sometimes a 05 or 07.

Ahh, gotcha. I love my microns with great gusto. My 02 needs replacing because I use it the most but I have 01, 02, 05, 08 and 005 and i do use them all.
